When returning a product, please make sure that it is in same condition as it was when it was delivered to you and in its original packaging. If the products are not in a state where they can be resold or recycled, it may not be possible to accept the return.

A valid claim regarding damaged goods or shortages in a consignment must be reported in writing within three working days of receipt of the goods. Returns of shop-worn or priced merchandise will cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
No goods may be returned without prior consent in writing.
