New Customers
All new customers must first fill out a registration form and open an account before placing their first order.
A credit account is not available at any time and all goods must be paid in advance, goods will be shipped after cleared payment.
Legal Title
All goods supplied is retained by the Laughing FOX Products Ltd until such time as they have been paid for, inclusive of carriage (where applicable) and government taxes.
Carriage
Our standard carriage paid order is £200.00 net for mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Highlands. Orders under this amount are subject to a charge of £10.00 per consignment.
Export orders are defined as any orders located outside of the United Kingdom and are supplied strictly on a pre-paid ex works basis.
Claims
A valid claim regarding damaged goods or shortages in a consignment must be reported within three working days of receipt of the goods. Upon acceptance of a valid claim, a credit acknowledgement number will be allocated. Returns of shop-worn or priced merchandise will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Retailer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the “Retailer” to ensure all Adult products are sold in a responsible manner and to keep such items in a place that is beyond the reach of children.
Third Party Internet Selling Platforms
Customers are not allowed to sell on third party internet platforms such as Amazon and eBay unless given permission in writing.
